RR press conference today

Captain Morgan

Norman was absolutely dialed back and you could tell. There were a few times he looked like he normally does, and he made a play or didn't let his receiver get open. When he looked sort of checked out or out of it, he wasn't on his game.

Ron needs to give a speech, if he hasn't already, that goes something like "look, screw the media, screw the Giants, and screw certain people in certain positions. We are who we are and we're not going to change as long as we're not doing anything illegal. Everybody gets a bat and everybody better have Josh's back if ANYBODY tries him. If one of us swings, we all swing. If one of us talks trash and the other team doesn't like it, tell them to suck it up. This is football, this is who we are. We're a team, we're a family, and we're not going to apologize for being better, more aggressive, and having more fun than any other team in this league."

If that doesn't/hasn't happened, then Ron needs to look himself in the mirror and consider the type of coach and leader he is/wants to be. Just my 2 cents. I don't think he has lost the locker room by any stretch, but I do think the team look deflated, and I think at least PART of it is that while Ron didn't throw his guys under the bus after NY, he certainly didn't stand his ground against the craziness that was national media and perception.

Disagree.. Cam having a baby (which is still LITERALLY not confirmed by anybody) is a huge deal and was the reason he looked out of it mentally.. Infact I think that matters more than anything else you posted
