I don't hate Jake. He has always been a mediocre QB with consistency issues, just like many of the other starting QBs.

Sometimes he is above average and some times he is below average. When he is playing and we are a relatively healthy team then we win a lot of football games and that makes me pretty satisfied. But if he can't get his head on straight and come back from these last few horrible performances which have been the worst of his career then we need to move on.

Jake's never had a season with us were he's had more INTs then TDs.

He was great for several years.. but lets all be honest after his TJ surgery he just gotten worse and worse and never any better or back to his form prior.. its a hard pill to swallow when ur not as good as you were.
