Reason the first link doesn't work anymore is they took the link down, edited out the "I never really liked you as a QB anyway" conversation and stuck it back up on a new link. They even went through youtube and copyright claimed the vid of it someone had put up today. The NFL has always been stringent about copyrights but they were never THAT quick.

Guess they don't want to stir the pot.
