And as for Abraham...he was up against a Pro-bowl left tackle that earned his money yesterday...

Who was facing Pep...heck...Pep even moved around. Didn't seem to help a whole helluva lot.

I guess he's waiting for the scrub teams we might face before getting the 2-3 sacks.

Translation "Abraham was going against an awesome white player. Who was that n***** Pep facing? Don't matter cuz he's still a n*****. I hope that n***** never does anything to prove he's elite. It somehow is Barack Obama's fault! Stupid n******!"

That's about all I ever read when you type anything...

I didn't say he was to blame for the loss. You brought up the Jake comparison...and I'm saying he improved dramatically.

Mr. Invisible didn't.

Go revisit the point you were trying to make.

LOL So Jake gets credit for our offensive success and failures, but anytime you mention Peppers' name, it better be about how he is overpaid and has no heart?

Got ya... makes a whole lot of sense now...

Compared to the two games prior (Arizona and the Philly game) where Jake personally gave away the ball x amount of times...yes...he improved IMMENSELY. But did I defend the Jake contract? No f**king way. Jake showed heart by getting out there and just not giving up the first time he screwed up. He kept at it and at least gave us a shot at winning in the end. Is he still overpaid? Yes.

Not totally but at least a significant pressure, from our game changing elite DE, on at least one or two of the many 3rd and longs the Panthers couldnt stop Atlanta converting might have been nice.

It's kind of hard when you're double and triple teamed, and have no others around you forcing the QB back your direction...

Blame the coaches for never bringing more than a 4 man rush, and never forcing an opponent to guess what we're about to do...

LOL So Pep has no heart and doesn't try to help us win? He has given up and does nothing to help the team and should not be a part of it...

Right.. Put that scenario by anyone on the Panthers and I guarantee you they would also laugh in your face...

Obviously the truth hurt...because the minute I called you on your BS you yank out ye old race card.

But keep it up...you're doing great.

I didn't see you making such comments about Delhomme, yet any team in the league would rather have Pep over Delhomme...

But, Pep's the black guy, so he's an easy target for you...

You don't have to try and hide it.. Your motives are usually pretty clear..

Myth = Peppers is double and tripled teamed.

Sorry but its not true. Sure once in a while he is chipped by the RB or TE on their out for the pass, but the days of Pep being even double teamed ended years ago.

And the panthers did try to bring extra rushers - they just suck at it.

    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
    • OT is the top priority as it is both an immediate and future need.  I wouldn't be past trading up slightly to get the guy we want.  You need that rookie contract right now.  Icky is a dead 17.5 million for the season.  Morton is 20+ mil for the season, Hunt is 20+ mil for the season.  There needs to be forward thinking regarding the future.   Caleb Lomu is a left Tackle, he's a solid prospect, he may be the best pick for us now and in the future.  I would seriously consider cutting Hunt after 2026, and let Lomu and Icky fight for the LT job, loser moves inside.  Icky's future may be at guard after this injury anyway.  If Damien Lewis keeps up his level of play he will need to be paid sooner rather than later.  Yosh and BC can be our top two depth OL at an affordable price.  You will need to look at OT again in 2027. Getting an EDGE for the sake of getting an EDGE outside of the top 10 is pretty risky.  I wouldn't be against eyeing someone like Cashius Howell, Derrick Moore, or TJ Parker in the 2nd (even if we trade a future pick to move up) or DDS in the third. I'd love to see us try to sign both Leo Chenal and Matt Millano in FA.   Chenal for the blitzing element we are missing from our LB corps and Millano for his elite coverage.  They could both work in tandem.  Remember, our FO has deep ties to both KC and Buffalo. I love thinking about the draft, but until Free Agency hits, we are clueless.  Looking at the strength of FA and the draft, OL is priority #1, LB #2, and EDGE #3.  We know what happens to Bryce when protection falls apart.
