What would a bankable offense consist of?  If I can find an offense that is bankable, I can quit my job and just offend people all day for a living.

Ron to me is awful at judging who should play. CAP, Byrd, Rb Simmons and whatever backup tight end should play in Dickson place. How can you tell if a person has chemistry or even good if the opportunity is neva presented ...Berson been on this team for what 4 yrs and has not moved up to a starter yet, so what is his reasoning for a roster spot..just cause he knows plays but that should be anybody that is given a spot on the PS.Consistent hands, but we have players that consistently drop balls and don't apparently know routes that are starting...Does anyone get where I am going with this? Coaching staff is a joke every game and look at Tolbert and say we should have someone else out there he is just like Remmers but I understand Remmers playing but can not grasp Tolbert or Dickson. KB should have gradually been worked in giving others opportunities like byrd or any other receiver we have.Tolbert is just a waste period should have another quick receiver playing because he does not block anyone and barely gets yards....Coaches have one plan and its not even flexible.
