Looks to me like more of the same.  I never liked Howard in the 1st and all he does is replace 2nd Round bust ASJ.  Jameis still isn't that good and their roster is still littered with holes.

Being able to utilize all the toys they draft will be dependent on their Oline coming together.  Oline is critical for all teams, no matter the high dollar skill positions

All this Winston battering going on, the kid is going on his 3rd year and only getting better, with Howard, Brates, D Jax, and Evans it's scary. Inconsistency and accuracy have been Winstons problems and that's something that can be worked on, unlike Cams bad attitude, once he's in a funk he can't get out of it.

The Panthers would have swept the Bucs with ease if Cam played in game 1 or played to win in game 2 last year.  The Bucs are still a ways behind barring injuries.

On paper Tampa arguably has the best team in the division. They have had a lot of talent the last few years, IMO. Their biggest challenge is translating it to the field.
