You guys think we will keep all the tight ends? What is the thoughts on us keeping a FB?

RB is interesting to me.. how many will we carry? I feel like Fozzy will make it once again... He must be a sweet talker to the coaches. Training camp will be make or break for the DBs and defensive linemen. Hopefully everyone can stay healthy and give their best.

"ALL" the tightends?  At most we keep 3  (Olsen / Dickson / Simonson currently most likely).  I'm pretty sure there were chunks of last season where we may have had only Olsen & Dickson on the roster, but I'd have to check.  (Or maybe that was 2015?... I forget).

FB, yes I feel very certain we'll keep a FB.   Drafting Armah confirms they are  wanting to do some things at that position.  Heck., our coaches are STILL talking about Richie Brockel long after he's gone.  Seems like they long for that TE/FB hybrid kind of guy.   I think there's still room for a blocking FB, especially given some of the issues with protecting Cam.

This is an interesting question.

Going by playing style / role, you'd think CAP more likely to keep than Fozzy.  CMC replaces Fozzy as the change of pace back, whereas CAP is more of a Stew backup...

BUT, based on coaches opinion of the player, and playing time in 2016, Fozzy would have the edge.  And to be honest, he had some VERY nice games last year.  He was one of the few bright spots on our offense in a number of otherwise dismal failures.  He had some great catches (led the team in reception % for quite a while in the season, not sure if he finished 1st or 2nd...) and he proved more durable than I'd expected, getting a lot of carries in several games.

So while Fozzy might "seem" redundant - and in fact I actually had him as just missing out on the 53 in my initial post-draft roster projection - the more I think about it, I think he could stay.

So, we'd have Stew & CMC,  Fozzy [OR CAP] plus a FB.   Some are arguing for two FBs... but that's hard to imagine!  So, I think 4 at RB / FB is the likely total on the 53.
