Why are we still wasting multiple timeouts to prevent delay of game penalties week in and week out?

I agree about the cadence but he rarely audibles...if he did then we wouldn't run up the middle with 8 in the box all the time

I  feel like he audibles quite a bit, and most of the time when he calls a timeout it's because he wants to audible out of something but there's not enough time left on the clock
