Here come the homers... you're all right.  We are awesome.  We shouldn't change anything for next season!!!

Oh I didn’t say that. Anytime we have receivers that drop game-winning touchdown‘s in a playoff game in the end zone they are dead. When you have coaches that take the gloves off and the team scores two touchdowns in a row Easily that should’ve been earlier in the game.

We need receivers, for the love of God some run blocking offensive linemen And another corner

Hopefully the new management will force new offense coordinator

I agree we need some talent on the field... that's where this thread came from.  We have a few super stars, and a bunch of mediocre players not to mention the most predictable game plan in the NFL.  It makes for lots of 3rd and long situations.... and disappointments.

I feel bad for Cam, Greg, Luke, Pep and TD.

Being damn proud of being a fan of team right now is an absolute joke, and seeing players smiling while shaking hands at the end of the game shows how much some of them care.  It will be a great off-season since I will not have to watch this team under preform week after week.  I'm sure Ron will bring up missed opportunities and blame everything on not executing the poo game plan.  Thankfully he's under contract for 2 extra years now.

Ok. I guess I’ll just bitch and moan like the majority here.

As someone who sat through Capers ineptitude, the travesty that was Seifert, John Fox mediocrity, you will have to excuse me if I don’t want to burn a coach at the stake who has taken this team to the same number of playoffs than his three predecessors combined.

Ron isn’t without his faults, but we could do a lot lot worse at HC.

It's an effort and mentality issue.  The Saints were 11-5 just like us.  They weren't better, we just dropped the opportunity.  Imagine Smitty going after that 3rd and 23 pass.  He would have slapped his wife and kids to get to that TD.  GO GET THAT BALL FUNCHESS!!!

JRs  old dumbass fired the GM mid season, who does that?  But he never fired a HC or OC during the season...glad that cheapskate is gone and good riddance! !!

Me too.  I was cool with him for years, but this "mediocrity is just great!" BS paired with the effing drama about his behavior and sale of the team has me thinking "Don't let the door hit ya!"

Had we gotten Atlanta’s draw, we would be in the nfc championship game. We just don’t match up well with the saints. Our offseason should be dedicated to building an offense to compete with Brees.

All that said, I am damn proud to be a panthers fan. They showed great heart and kept pounding. Clock just ran out on them.

I agree with you on the Saints comment. Our offense is not in the same class as theirs. They can put up 30 on any team in this league. We need to build an offense that can do the same. What’s so frustrating is the fact that if we had a different OC we could probably do that next season with an addition, or return, of a speed receiver. We already have some legitimate building blocks with Cam, Greg, Christian,  and Devin.

I’m proud of he team too. They looked like they were gonna be blown out in the 1st half, yet they almost pulled off an amazing comeback. That showed a lot of heart. I just hope Ron realizes that he’s got to fix this offense if he is serious about this team winning a Super Bowl...and that probably means Shula needs to go.
