I like to see Panthers winning individual awards too when possible. I thought I pretty clearly explained why the two are correlated. But, you do you I guess.

Would you be happy if Luke or Cmc were mvp and we won the Lombardi or for Cam to be mvp but we lose in the playoffs?

Of course, but seeing as how a LB hasn't won the MVP since LT in '86 I find it highly unlikely that Luke will win the MVP. Not sure what agenda you're trying to drive here or why.

Cam played great vs saints but not at all consistent this year. I find people on this site worship cam which is fine but tend to make excuses for him when we lose. I take a balanced view of the team.

Or you just assume everyone is Cam first, Panthers second and come in to force your "balanced" viewpoint. If you can't see why Cam winning the MVP next season or any season for that matter is in the best interests of the Panthers then I don't know what to tell you.

The QB that has the best season for an elite team wins the MVP far more often than not.

If you want to make Cam the MVP and make a splash. Make a bold trade for Josh Gordon. Give Cam his #1 WR.
