My question is where does Paul DePodesta fit in this? Does Dorsey have final say over personnel? I would imagine DePodesta is high priced to be just a stat boy.

what if they drafted Chubb at #1 to pair him with Garrett then grab a QB at #4. Cleveland could get good real quick. Maybe next year they would be attractive to some free agents.
