Would you guys take Trae Young if he is there at our pick?

Guess we will just have to disagree, I don't think Young is a good fit at all with Monk

Not sure how you think Sexton is a better fit.

Trae gets his shooters the ball open in space all the time, which is perfect for Monk.

Sexton, on the other hand cares about driving and scoring more than Trae.

Drive and kick? I don't think Sexton only cares about scoring only that Alabama is limited offensively.

Sexton is a far better defensive matchup with Monk. He's a better Frankie Nicotine.

Defensively, yeah. But, that’s an obvious statement. Young plays horrible Defense right now. I’m sure he’ll work on that in the Pros.

Probably a couple of unpopular opinions but I'm really intrigued by Robert Williams and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

I've seen Williams face up a few times and knock down the mid-range jumper, if he can show that he can do that at the combine and even extend his range to the three point line, you are talking about a 6-10 physical beast who can play down low as well as spot up for the three, similar to a LaMarcus Aldridge type of player.

SGA is another player of interest because he does it all. I am not saying he is going to be the next Russell Westbrook but he certainly puts up those type of numbers. Since postseason play has begun (including the SEC Tournament), SGA is averaging 21.8 points (57% shooting, 50% from three, 82% from FT), 6.6 assists, 5.8 rebounds, 2.4 steals. That's just a ridiculous stat line.

The good thing about those two right now, is that their stock isn’t that high. Mid 1st round type of guys. So they might be there later on in the Draft if we want to make some trades.

He converted all 13 of his field goal tries with a 100% conversion rate that led all FBS kickers with at least 12 attempts. Fitzgerald was also perfect on his 14 extra points. He will compete with Matthew Wright for the Panthers’ kicking job in training camp. Harrison-Hunte went undrafted despite a strong showing at the Combine. He’s an older prospect who will turn 25 by the start of his rookie year, but he had just one season of sustained production at SMU after five years at Miami. Still, he earned first-team All-ACC honors in 2024 with 8.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks and will push for a roster spot in Carolina as an athletic interior disruptor.   more at the link https://www.profootballrumors.com/2025/05/panthers-sign-19-undrafted-free-agents
