Lets talk about Mayfield at #1

To be fair, completion percentage can be a product of a system.  Heck, David Carr had the best completion percentage in the league when we signed him.

I'll say this: If Mayfield goes number one, the draft coverage is gonna be really entertaining.

He has moxie...really accurate...these other dudes?  Mayfield has a star type vibe.  I think they'll take him #1.

No nerd, I think Barkley will bust.  As of today.  LOL.  Not a pounder or bell cow.

Nah... he won't bust but you could take Chubb first instead, either way since the QB's are basically the same you wont lose out picking one 4...worst case you could come away with Chubb and Barkley...

I like Nick Chubb more than Barkley.  More of a pounder and just better.

Watched him for every year at OU. Easily the most accurate, I think the Manziel comparison's are trash. Manziel wasn't nearly as accurate as Baker.

Manziel was awful.

Mayfield certainly isn't awful.  I just don't believe he's the best in the draft.  Those discussions just about always center around Darnold, Allen and Rosen.  Mayfield is generally seen being in the second tier along with guys like Rudolph.

So no, I don't think Cleveland should take him number one.  And frankly, given their track record with QBs, as a fan of his you probably shouldn't want that either.

I have confidence in him to turn any Franchise around, honestly. Guy has everything you want in your QB. A ton of confidence, a constant chip on his shoulder, accurate, can read defenses well.

That's all good, but everything the Browns touch turns to s--t.

They've got a new GM, so maybe things will change, but that's a "believe it when I see it" thing for me.

Not to mention, their Offensive Line is pure garbage right now, which doesn't help.
