So Luke is a HOFer right now? Just asking - I have no idea the precedent on how long an inside LB needs to play to make the HOF.

Ha.....  I grew with this guys nephew in Virginia...... 40. Bill Bergey.....    It was always cool seeing him play....   Chris Hanburger for The Redskins was the man....   And in no way is Urlacher a better football player then Jack Lambert !!

I'm pretty sure that Luke will be a lot higher than 23 by the time he retires (assuming no significant injuries), he's got another 5+ years at the elite level.

 

I'm not going to pretend to be as knowledgeable on Football or Linebackers in particular as Mr Brandt or indeed, many posters on here, but I would have thought that Jack Lambert and Ray Lewis should both be in the Top 10.
