It's not Rivera hot seat that determines our success. It's the health and productivity of our roster. Look at injuries alone over the years. 14 and 16 were fraught with injuries and scrambling to fill holes created by Gettleman.  

Talent on the field has been by far the driving force of our success.

Healthy and stable - good season

Inury plagued with holes - bad season
