Drafting Orlando Brown Jr. would've been a good Draft pick right about now.

How is it hindsight when he was wanting Orlando Brown before the draft?

Sure wouldn’t have taken him over DJ Moore or Jackson. That’s what would have had to happen. Would you? And we are in a much different situation, OT-wise, than we were during the draft. Hence....hindsight.

Why are you asking me? I’m not the one who cared for Orlando Brown but JakeDel wanted him so maybe he would’ve taken him the 2nd. Wouldn’t have been a bad move either.

There is always room on this roster for a tackle that can play

Could've traded up for him, so no, it's not hindsight. And let's also not go ahead and crown Jackson the end all be all, please. We did that with Bradberry and he's been borderline poo since.

Yeah man, and these clowns are already crowning Jackson. The Huddle never seems to amaze me at this point.

You asked? I answered. Our Tackle situation is different. That’s why we are using 2nd and 3rd stringers. Like I said....hindsight.

Says the person “crowning” his player after a quarter of a preseason game with a told you so thread. Ironic.

We could’ve always used a replacement for Kalil and Williams is gone after this year. So the pick would’ve been easily justifiable at the time and even more so now.

    • Btw... only Mitch fugging Marner has a better +/- than Key 🔑!!! And, Mitchy needed 5 more games and almost 100 more shifts to get there.
    • I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.
    • Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
