Get Rid of Hurney, Rivera and staff. Bring in a good offensive mind to lead this team. Get a good D coordinator that is aggressive. Spend all of our resources in the off season building up the oline. Replace Funchess with another speedster that can actually catch. I do agree with getting some faster ball hawking safeties on D but otherwise I wouldn't put another penny in the defense and maybe even get rid of some dead weight. Now is the time do this. Otherwise I fear we will just be wasting more time and Cams career.

I get not wanting to spend more on defense, but sticking with our current defensive line (especially the tackles) is a recipe for disaster.
