Where do you get your wild speculation? Why would Gettleman roll over on Matt Kalil's contract to please JR and then piss him off later refusing to sign Olsen and Davis and get fired. If he rolled once he would roll again but by all reports that wasn't his style and he liked to be the tough guy and even piss folks off . There hasn't been even one shred of speculation to support your wild assertion.  Even a first year psychology student could see that your scenario is not likely given what we know about Gettleman and his personality and how things worked out between he and JR. But if you want to persist in fantasy speculation to try and defend Gettleman feel free. But I have no interest in participating in your delusional fantasies.

Read this and tell me that Gettleman would roll over on any situation.

Stop arguing with him.  He doesn't understand contracts, the salary cap, or roster construction.
