We can save $6M by cutting Poe. If we cut him and Kalil, we can re-sign Daryl Williams + Eric Reid. I would prefer re-signing Kyle Love and then drafting one of the top DTs if they are available.

If we cut Poe then maybe but there is no way Rivera is playing a rookie over Poe

Agree and no issue with this but I hope they get a higher tier DE in free agency rather than someone that is on the decline.

Maybe we consider someone like Polite or Burns, especially if we are going to more of a 3-4.  Might even be able to trade down a little and still get them.  Maybe we look at a DT to improve the line.

Depending on what happens with Williams there might be a few OTs at that spot.  

There also looks to be a couple of CBs that might be worth the 16th pick.  Maybe a safety.

If we can add a DE through free agency it really gives us some flexibility at that spot.
