I think there are lots of contracts which are being way overpaid for their production.

I would get rid of Poe, Olsen, Mccoy, Gano, Reid, because they can't be justified at that price in a rebuild. Then depending how drastic you want to be, I would seriously consider dumping KK, Cam and trading Kuechly which i would hate but those guys aren't gonna be enough of themselves to let you win.

Now the reason I quote you, is because I make an exception of the OL. I want a new QB and coach to be able to have some reliable pieces to show what they can do. Lets not repeat the mistake of putting too much on the new guy's plate, and tave him rag-dolled like Luck and Newton.

Whether or not you agree that Turner, Moton and Paradis are good pieces of a future OL is a different question.

The only guy I really think is all that good right now is Moton, but at left tackle not right.

I'd be willing to give Williams a shot at right tackle.

take off olsen and thats pretty much it. shaq is also expendable.

Shaq could have a disappointing/average season and he might still get paid. Due to a thin LB market and an even thinner LB draft after two of the top 3 LBs suffered season ending knee injuries before the 3rd week of college football.

100% agree. But there's no way that they don't see Little as the future LT-it would be an admission that they were wrong. If they switch them they are creating an obstacle for their own plan of succession. Even though it is the correct choice.

New coach and identity are needed.

Are we a running offense? passing offense? both?

Same with D.  34 or 43 or hybrid?  Most teams cannot field a competent D while running one style, but Ron thinks he can just draft guys for any system and make em work here.
