At least he's had some time to gell by sticking to LG for a while now that probably helps.

Our Oline is fairly young in general as pointed out by one the announcers in the game.

Daley LT (23) , Van Routen LG (29) , Paradis (30), Turner (26), Moton (25)

Literally no one above 30 and an average age of 26.6

We just need them to stay healthy for a change. They've really excelled at run blocking in general but could be a lot more consistent with pass protection

Man, they are young!  It really did hurt o-line the most by cutting out the two-a-days.  I have read and heard it several times.  They say that it really helped them hone their craft and skills, especially full dress days.  The coaches and players just don't get as much time before the bullets start flying anymore.  That being said, if they can stay healthy we will make noise for the next few years at least.  Imagine once Daley and Little go through off season weight training a couple of years.  Look what it did for GVR.

Is Matsko really good at developing LGs or something?

It seems to be his specialty.  GVR is turns 30 next year, but we could get him for a few more years.  GVR is great at sealing on a pull--the hardest block in football.

I consider C our biggest need on offense.  FS on defense, although DT (looking at contracts) is probably going to be the first pick.  We should need 2 next year if we do not re-sign McCoy and/or Love (getting old).
