The truth about Christian McCaffrey you won't acknowledge

We just need an offensive line that can get a yard.  I mean you can put a big bruiser back there and if the OL gets no push he ain't going nowhere either.

And that has already happened this year. The OL has permeated every single bit of our offense. It has reduced our ability to rush the ball effectively and consistently, it has destroyed the confidence of our backup QB and it has made us an extremely easy team to defend at times.

There is no magic solution for the things we are struggling with. It's going to take a long offseason(or more) of building this offense up.

Truth be told there is a reality some fans might have to face. If we want to both shore up our OL and acquire a franchise QB for the future in a short amount of time, CMC may end up on the trade block.

we should focus on building both our lines.   You always rent band aids elsewhere.

I don't know if you've noticed, but we've been trying the bandaid approach to the OL since Gross retired. Where has it gotten us since then? 3 winning seasons.

It's time for a different approach, and there will likely be some tough decisions along the way.

CMC is awesome and has his moments, but the panthers staff are going to break him sooner rather than later because like...do we even have another RB?!?

It appears to be a Ron Rivera staple. Take your horse and ride it until it breaks(see Newton, Cam).

TBH, depending on where we are headed in the future, I would at least consider trading CMC. If we are planning on nuking this whole thing, let's get some picks and move him. The recent history of signing RB's to mega deals(which CMC will rightfully command) is not very promising.

Which is why I advocated the opposite.  Build/invest in the lines.  If you need a rent a WR or DV or something do that.

We just need some real roadgraders in when Christian runs goal line.

heck we just need like 1 or 2.  Every OL needs that side or guy you can get behind.

People loved to hate on Otah as a bust.  Can't predict health.  Cant' fault a monster of a man for listening to his body.  But we just need like one Otah like player on the roster at a minimum.  Otah when on the field was a stud.  Not the most polished but if you could always run to his side.  He was going to move his dude.
