boo... ok ok ok ill stop the memetry

Born in 1967. Mom was 36 at the time, my dad 45. Pastor used to call my dad "Abraham" and apparently he didn't think it was funny.

Technically, even my oldest sister (born in 51) isn't quite old enough to accurately be called a boomer. But since, as my dad put it, his military service was spent in "The 4F Commandos", we never quite met the conditions anyway.

ok technically you are right.

But in all honesty, all this "millenial, boomer, Gen xyzlgbt" is just a way to figure out wholesale advertisements to, and how best to get those generations into consumerism.

I don't actually know if my particular generation has a nickname.

I'm a child of the 80s, which was a very cool time to be a teenager.

born in 90, and can agree that it was a cooler time to be alive pre 2000, I am willing to confidently say that we were the last generation to enjoy a techless world.

True.

Gotta say, between this thread and the others that are active this evening, I think I'm starting to see how the rest of this season is going to play out on the boards :)

The team being as bad as it is doesn't exactly help matters.

I think a lot of us are basically just waiting for the season to end and hoping we see leadership change when it does. Till then, we'll be anxious.

Truth be told, it's probably gonna be kind of a b-tch sitting through the next four games, especially if they play out like I think they're going to.

ehh, i think if you think they are going to play out that way, just view it as a comedy.

Tragedy is more for a team that shoud win, and fails in spectacular fashion
