Who "linked" the Panthers and Shaw?

Reports are Tepper is looking for a plug & play solution.

Jason LaCanfora did. And unlike you, he's in a position to know.

The only person saying that Tepper wants a "plug and play" staff is you, and you have zero credibility (same as you did in your old alts).

Well, I guess McD didn't learn anything from his crash and burn in Denver. It was widely reported that giving McD too much control too soon was a big part of why things went south so quickly with the Broncos. He blew that roster up and then ultimately got fired for his very on videotaping scandal.

If Tepper is willing to give it to him though, you can't really fault McDaniels for taking it.

stop talking about the patriots staff and hire jim harbaugh

I was going to say ur dreaming of u think he is coming back to NFL much less coach us but I would say be would be a nightmare. He is not that good of a damn coach he is owned by Ohio State. We don't need another coach that can't win big games.

That has nothing to do with his coaching.. So please stop now. .

Worth noting (from the article)...

Quote

McDaniels could perhaps pursue New England pro director Dave Ziegler to fill the assistant GM role/become assumed successor to GM Marty Hurney.

Unlike Caserio, Ziegler could be had right now because the Assistant GM spot would be considered a promotion. That would allow him to then slide seamlessly into the actual GM spot post-draft if Marty gets reassigned or "retires".

Tepper's stated preference for the new role is someone with a pro scouting background. Both Ziegler and Caserio have that, but Caserio can't be had till April due to his contract.

That would be an ideal situation because McDaniels would have a GM that would see eye to eye with him and share the same vision. Trying to bring in McDaniels under an existing regime seems to be a square peg/round hole case.

So u tell me what big games he won while in the NFL. I will stop when you can tell me, but I will be waiting awhile!

He has a .700% winning percentage as a head coach in the Nfl..

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/coaches/HarbJi0.htm

He won his division 3x out of 4 years..

What does that say to you about winning??

Guess you didn't have to wait that long did you..
