People have been use to us being competitive every year, they forgot what a rebuild is. I think they will embrace the full rebuild once we let go of the face of the franchise.

Until then they wont believe it. It's just a matter of time before that breaking news ticker scrolls across ESPN about us parting ways with Cam Newton.

It's how they think. Every year we should be a playoff team. Anybody with football knowledge can see we just don't have the roster to compete these next few years. We have a lot of holes and we can't fix them overnight. Not sure why we people are against a full rebuild at this point.

Ah, you meant HOPE that we were competitive....gotcha, yea totally understand.

I'm ready to do this right, not right now.  I don't care if we win 2 games over the next 2 years, so long as we start winning 10+ consistently after that.  All I care about at this point, tired of trying to get lucky.
