Person: Trading up for Burrow is an option for the Panthers

No they don't, especially on offense. Who on the Bengals rivals what Christian McCaffrey is capable of? No one.

The Panthers have good offensive weapons. If they had Burrow running Joe Brady's offense with McCaffrey, DJ Moore, Samuel, Ian Thomas, and potentially more weapons added in FA, they will score points. And they won't be the worst team in the NFL.

Now on defense.....yea I don't know if that mess will get fixed for a few seasons.

I agree, last year ...... well every year I say panthers can either go 12-4 or 4-12. I thought last year they had a better shot at 12-4 and at least fighting for a playoff spot(which they did at 5-7).  Just looking at names and production, the Bengals have more talent. At OL, DL, CB, Safety its not close. Even the spots where panthers "win" its not by much- RB (mixon is a beast) WR(Boyd had back to back 1k seasons). I would gladly trade roster for roster, Id even trade for Miami and their draft picks. Panthers need about 20 spots, in that they need 8-10 starters, 5 top backups, and 5 depth. Thats awful.
