Yeah, I've not been wrong on the vast majority of my poo I post on here. I don't care what he did in the Playoffs, if you ask any casual fan who Tyler Lockett is they'll look at you funny. That's common sense. But, continue on with your weirdo bull poo.

Sounds like you're just projecting your own lack of football knowledge onto others.  Just because you didn't know much about him, doesn't mean most fans were also oblivious.

I've been known about Tyler Lockett, WTF? It's that most casual fans, which you could argue half the Huddle is don't know that much about him. But, alrighty.

It's just a weird baseless argument for you to be making.  Okay...you say most casual fans haven't heard of Tyler Lockett.  I say they have...cool, what an excellent debate.  How do either of us support that?

Also, how do you make the claim that Russell Wilson made Tyler Lockett when they've played together for Lockett's whole career?  How do you separate one's accomplishments from the other?  I'd understand if Lockett was drafted by another team, did little to nothing on his first contract, then was signed by Seattle and he suddenly blew up (see: Cam Newton and Ted Ginn Jr.).  Is Russell Wilson making DK Metcalf a household name too?  Or does Metcalf get any credit for his success so far?

Everyone's so gung ho and desperate to assign credit to individuals rather than as overall coordinating units.  That's why a hot debate on here is whether Hurney or Rhule should get credit for the draft....instead of considering that maybe they work well together as a pair.  Or if our offense has a good game because of Bridgewater or because of Brady...instead of acknowledging that maybe Brady came up with a good offensive gameplan and Bridgewater executed it effectively.  Very little in the NFL is done unilaterally...this isn't the NBA where one player can pretty much carry the entire team.

    • Caleb Williams has more passing yards in 7 attempts than our QB did in 4 quarters.
    • Was just looking at the box score and now realizing it goes even further than the red zone usage. On the first drive of the game, T-Mac was targeted 3 times, Brycen twice, and Renfrow once. Which means for the remainder of the game, Bryce only had 9 targets to his WRs.   And yes, I get it, we won by 30 in a shutout, but it's not like the game was a blowout the whole time where we were just running it to preserve the lead.  But just like I felt all throughout 2015, we might have been winning games, but it was in spite of the coaching staff that season, not because of them.  They made soooooo many play calls and game plans that made no sense and the players seemed to constantly bail them out, and it was frustrating when fans would get upset at asking these questions just because we were winning. It's also not like we have a clear cut long term franchise QB solution, we had 17 games (and now just 14 more) to prove Bryce can either be the guy or not be the guy, so even in games like this, we need to be throwing it more and throwing it downfield more to see what he can be. I said all off-season, we're not contenders this year, winning or losing doesn't matter to me, it's about finding out if Bryce should be our long term guy or if we should move on after this year.  Games like this are nice for the win, but they hurt our ability to evaluate him properly.
