Waiving him.  I'd much rather have found a taker for Cody or Rozier.  Let Batum sit his ass on the bench til the contract expires or find an asset to get for him later in the year.

There will certainly be more teams next offseason with money to spend. Hope Monk has that type of season. There might be a market for Rozier at deadline or offseason which could clear space.
