I mentioned players and coaches.  Our 3rd down defense was historically bad and a lot of that had to do with ineptitude on the money down via the pass.

Doesn't sound like Simmons is getting the job.

Dan Quinn may not be much of a head coach but he's considered a good DC.

I admit Simmons didn't have a whole lot to work with in the secondary, but if he wants to keep getting future interviews, he needs to fix that group.
