I think Tepper is hell-bent on an analytics person and Rhule wants more of a talent evaluator. I’m all on board with the talent evaluator (Peters is my first choice). I seriously think Tepper is overthinking this hire

  100%. I may not think a lot of him as a player but I am happy for him as a person for getting that bag. Especially as Mr. Irrelevant. Great story, even if he doesn't get to the ultimate NFL heights.
