what former Panther do you wish had succeeded while in Carolina?

What happened to Landon Johnson? I was hoping he would move in as a starter. He has never really shown up. I thought he was a great LB in Cinnci. I expected him to beat out Diggs, who is good, but is probably the weaker of the three. After we signed him a lot of people were saying he was our best FA signing. I new things were bad when I saw him playing in the 4th quarter of our last preseason game.

Easily Kris Jenkins.

If he wouldve just stayed healthy and had cut the crap out. I seriously think he couldve been a future HOF, he was so dominant.

Pair him up now with kemo, an our defence would be dominant. Better pass rush, better run stop, improves our already great lb corps, a good secondary would look even better. I firmly believe we'd be the number one team right now. It would improve so much.

But no, he had to have a stupid attiutude.

Not to be too particular, but the title to the thread is "What former Panther do you wish had succeeded while in Carolina?"

Answering with Kris Jenkins, must be a misrepresentation of the question. Last I checked, Jenkins went to three Pro Bowls, while a Panther.

I echo a previous poster with Kerry Collins. He certainly has done fairly well, over his career, in other places.

Good point. Its just IMO being truly successful for a team means more than two great years. But he was good here regardless, you right . I just think he couldve been more,

I also liked Stanley McClover. Going to miss his barking at TC this year. This year I also hoped that Fonoti would turn out to be a great addition. He was good before the weight problem and when he showed up in such great shape this spring, I thought he might be a starter.
