Just flipped to the Kentucky//Michigan St game. Dicky V is back in the booth.

Spartans lead 36-34 at the half.

8 minutes into the half and Kentucky is up 4. The Spartans look out of sorts.

The Michigan St vs Kentucky game ended up very good last night and went to double OT with the Spartans winning. Duke lost, App St won, and UNC almost lost. It might end up being an interesting college basketball season after all.

Carolina’s got an issue, most talent of any team in the country but from the sound of it (message board rumors), there’s a bit of inner turmoil going on. That’s a problem you run into when you have four guys trying to improve their draft stock but there’s only one basketball to go around.

It’s a little different than a Kentucky situation where most of their freshmen are expected to get drafted, but worst case scenario, a few come back for their sophomore season.

Carolina has a bunch of juniors and seniors who are realizing that this is their last chance to try and make the NBA.

Bacot is one of those, but I don't think he makes it in the NBA. From what I've read, the only reason he stayed at UNC is to try and improve his draft stock over the years.

He’s also been horrible this year outside of one half against CofC.

I haven't been paying attention to UNC yet, but I saw something earlier like he went 2-9 or worse last night.

He was the worst player on the court, GW players included.

Carolina probably loses without Pete Nance.
