Our D just flat out sucks. I've given up hope they're gonna wake up. What we need is for Phil Longo to yank his head out of his ass because he's been pure garbage here lately.

We need significant defensive staff changes in the off-season. There's too much talent on that D for them to be this bad and it's not just play calling. Blowing assignments left and right isn't going to get solves by better play calling.

This is gonna get ugly. They couldn't afford to not connect on that long pass. That was a beautifully designed play. QB just missed by a hair and that was the difference between a TD and a three and out and a punt to a red hot offense from deep within your own territory. Utah has to get a stop here or this is already over.

I just don't see any evidence that our position coaches have these defensive kids prepared to play. The recruiting stars aren't translating. Sure, some recruits bust but when you have lots of highly recruited guys underperforming they aren't all busts.

Offense has been improving!! But to be fair even though we aren’t on defense.. I see most colleges or offensive driven.. but UNC still has problems on offense if we couldn’t crush GT or State
