IF you were able to choose the first round pick and it had to be a QB who would it be. Personally I would want a Sam Bradford type of a player, a great pocket passer with a good feel for recievers. If it were your choice who would it be.

If Bradford was available when we drafted I would be all for it. But he will be gone in the first round. That leave Tony Pike as my choice.

I just wonder how many of these spread QB's can actually play in the NFL. I mean, if you have never seen them play from under center or throw a deep out route, then how do you know they can do it? The stats really don't mean much if they're only throwing 5yd routes and relying on YAC most of the time.

Per the latest Sporting News, the NFL scouts aren't too high on the present crop of QB prospects who are being bandied about. As a group, they are labeled as 'weak'. I would like to see the QB prospects who are rated as 3rd round or lower, that's where the QB often come from.
