I hate to say this because he's had success in this league, but if you want to watch a presser that gives you vibes of our old coaching staff check out Eric Bienemy's WSH Introductory Press Conference.

With that being said I'm super excited about this staff and I am really glad to see Tepper being as committed as he is to putting a winning product on the field. Unfortunately his first HC hire did not go as planned and I think we can all give him a mulligan on that if this regime ends up working out. I really hope that it does
