But Bryce Young did good on a test...right??

But when you have a top 5 RB, TE, and good WRs, you don't need to be great. He pretty much avoided the back breaking mistakes and just rode those playmakers + their defense the entire season.

Not saying QBs like that are bad - they just won't win you any games.

You do realize someone could mistake you for talking about Stroud here too right?

No, but what he is = a run first QB. And what I have seen from QBs like that is they will have a short shelf life if they aren't freakishly built like Cam (who himself barely made it to 30 before the wear and tear broke him).

The Bears are doing him no favors because they are calling like 10-15 designed runs a game for him (again, because he is limited as a passer). I just don't see him making it another 2-3 seasons with his physique.

The Bears called those runs because they couldn’t block and once they were without Mooney they had no WRs. They won’t be calling 10-15 runs a game for Justin next year. They already said this. They had to do it out of necessity. Justin is a fine passer. He was drafted to the worst possible offensive black hole in Chicago but their roster is being fixed now.
