1. Tim Hiller - Western Michigan

Positives

+++Arm Strength - Has amazing arm strength, probably has the strongest arm in the draft

++Football Intelligence - Makes good decisions and takes care of the ball typically.

+Accuracy - Puts good touch on the ball and can fit it into tight spots.

Negatives

---Injury Prone - Has torn his ACL on both right and left knees.

--Mobility - Does not move around well in the pocket, but will succeed if coupled with good pass blocking.

-Release - Has a slower than average release speed, but his height and over-the-top release will result in few tipped balls at the LOS.

2. Dan LeFevour - Central Michigan

Positives

+++Competitiveness - Plays with loads of determination and is a hard worker. He's a natural leader and would love to step into that role.

++Arm Strength - Great arm strength, but doesn't have the power to throw well when working under pressure.

+Mobility - Is comfortable with tucking the ball in and running for a first down and also does a good job escaping pressure.

Negatives

---None - No major negative.

--Footwork - Puts himself in bad spots by getting off-balance and often forgetting to set his feet before throwing.

-Accuracy - When he's not making a mistake with his footwork, he puts nice touch on the ball, but needs to learn when he needs to put touch on the ball.

3. Jarrett Brown - West Virginia

Positives

+++Arm Strength - Just beneath Tim Hiller in terms of arm strength. Can put the ball in any spot when he makes an accurate throw.

++Release - Over-the-top release results in few batted balls and gets the ball out quickly.

+Mobility - Doesn't move extremely well in the pocket, but has great speed and can give himself loads of time to throw when he escapes the pocket.

Negatives

---Experience - Only started one year at WVU and may take longer to adjust to a Pro-Style Offense.

--Durability - Experienced injury problems with his arm and hip even while not starting as a Junior.

-Accuracy - Shows moments of great accuracy but does not throw an easily catchable ball on a consistent basis.

One of these should be taken for development. No doubt they will come cheap and it's pretty obvious that QB is worth such a small investment.

I'd take Lefevour but I'm no scout, so I wouldn't know. But regardless of what happens, it's not likely that we'll get a rookie QB who will be ready to play. Saying we shouldn't draft a rookie QB because he's not NFL ready is pretty retarded, and it's basically why we're at where we're at with Jake right now.

In other words, our options are slim and none.

I really think we will go after a cast-off like Jason Campbell. Will also be interesting to see what happens with the Eagles, they have a crowd at QB. I never thought I'd say this but I'd honestly support bringing Vick in for a look at this point. If he can even be half of what he was, he could breath some life into our offense. Vick and Williams could start running the option like Young and Johnson are doing in TN....

Can you even imagine how cool it would be to go to Atlanta and beat them with Vick? LOL

Id say Lefevour is the most NFL ready. He needs a good coach though because his footwork is still all over the place.
