Look forward to seeing y'all again tomorrow - about 10:30 after driving 3 1/2 hours. Hopefully someone has remembered to include some Louisiana hot sauce for the jambalaya and the "boil" ??? If not, I'll bring an assortment - just let me know. :sifone:

New additions to the menu for tomorrow.

Cheese, fruit and veggie platter with crackers

Deviled eggs

Cocktail meatballs in a cranberry bbq sauce

Braised pork belly - Very limited amount

Portabellos for our veggie friends

and of course the low country boil and Mush's famous Jambalaya with rice.

I will be bringing the two pump dispensers of hot chocolate..with bottles of Khalua and Amaetto for spicing them up.

Not sure how long that will last though.

Truck is packed, turds are made and the belly has been cut. Things are looking good.

Khalua and Amaretto are packed....cigars are packed....hot chocolate will be made in the morning....stopping by Bojangle's on the way in for some biscuits and a few large coffees for the few brave souls (or stupid souls....depends on how you look at it) that will be there first thing.

Should be there around 8:30am.

Given the cold weather, I will be bringing an extra gallon of milk and extra hot chocolate mix. That will be a total of 2 gallons of hot chocolate.

Alex: If you read this before leaving tomorrow, please bring an extra pot to heat the milk in.

My brother in law and I will be there hopefully around 11:30. I'll be wearing a black and blue bass pro shops rain jacket. yeah, i'm ghetto. lol

big ass batch of smoked sausage, kielbasa, and chicken jambalaya has been loaded on the truck, as well as a big pan of large lima beans. There will also be rice. I have a bottle of texas pete and the green tabasco plus tony sachere's too.

fine dining it is.

just got back from a basketball game and I am going to be in pain tomorrow but you'd never know it from the smile on my face.

sad that it's the last tailgate.....I'll miss you all.
