What the Lions loss mean

lions at 0-16 means that the Panthers, divisional champs and 2nd seed in the NFC barely eeked out a victory at home against the worst team in NFL history as far as single season records go.

Right. That's NFL parity. No team is really that bad. And no team is really that good.

It's a hard concept for a lot of people, but any team really can lose on any given Sunday.

It's not like in college, where Florida and Oklahoma only play about 4 games a year they could actually lose. Every team in the NFL has good players.

    • Here's hoping he heals up well. Might be an opponent of ours, but no reason to wish harm to the fellow. And yeah, I think it's probably unlikely he'll be back for this season. He's going to need time to heal up and rehab.
    • If you end up with a starting center and a good back up 2 from the draft it's still a good class even if Kon is a bust. I agree and wanted Johnson or honestly if you knew you were getting the other 3 guys I would have taken Bailey and crossed my fingers. I just want a competive basketball team don't really care about misses in the draft as long as we are hitting on some guys. That said it's one game give the guy some time
    • Yeah, we've been the worst team in the league in the Tepper era. Honestly probably accurate. The games I've been to have been pretty pathetic and I don't blame the fanbase for it. Suck begets suck.
