I might make a suggestion of focusing on one round per day. That way people know they need to just hang around for their pick and then they can mve on. Trynig to have everyone on one day for 3 round wills be tough.

Anyone know if this will be the same format as last year, meaning people just pop in with their picks, or are all 32 GMs going to be present and just knock out the draft in a couple of hours?

If you want to hope to get at least 2/3 of the participants online Sunday night, you better start sending out PM's now.

This (meaning doing it all at one particular time) has been tried in the past with horrendous results (less than half showing up).
