Bears Fans

Let's get something straight, I have thought Peppers has been a waist of space for the last 3 years. Being lucky enough to go to most of the games, I have seen what the cameras on TV didn't show, like him playing pattie cake w/ rookie linemen making them look like all pros. The only reason I would cheer for him when he decided to make a play, it's because he was a Panther. Now that he's gone f**k him, and f**k you as you cuddle up with your man while where your Peppers jersey.

Awww, did I hit a sore spot, you little baby? You're the worse kind of fan, supporting whatever product we put out, JUST because he's a damn Panther. You should have booed him if you thought he was a waste of space. He wasn't, by the way. What's the stat...third or fourth most sacks since he's been in the NFL? I've never had a Pep jersey and have never wanted one, nor will I miss him. But just because he didn't get five sacks a game for you to jack off to, doesn't mean he's garbage and Bears fans are idiots. Makes you look petty is what it does.

But you've thought he's sucked for three whole years...so this doesn't even concern you. I'm talking to the people that suckled his teat, now want to slit his throat.

Oh, and learn how to spell.

hmmm I know you guys think you are vastly better than the bears (and as Panther fans you should), but it's not like the Panthers lit it up last year either. They only had one more win than the bears...

We're tired of hearing poo from Bears fans who think because they've seen a few highlight reels on youtube of Peppers they know all about him and think they just got the best player in the world.

I have no hate for the Bears, it's the majority of their fans that are starting to get on my nerves.

And that is cool. I'm pretty much indifferent about the whole peppers signing.

I was honestly expecting to come in here after I saw your name and have a good laugh but you made sense. I proud. Kinda.

But tbqh, we have a lot more upside than you do right now. Your oline is gonan need more than a year to be fixed and with a 3rd round pick you can't really get much done this year in the draft.

My Mom's from Illinois, so I rather like the bears, even go so far as one of my favorite besides the Panthers. But I'm just tired of most Bears fans right now.

I figure Pep will have one pretty good 'honeymoon' season with Chicago, and then after that reality will begin to set in...
 Who said Peppers is going to have a good honeymoon with the bears. It didn't seem Jay Culter had a good honeymoon last year when came in. I hope the bears and peppers both burn for it.

I didn't boo Carr. Most everyone else did. So we have one thing in common? And your insults show your age. I guess...16?

I know for a fact he is much older than that butt the age is spot on for his mentality. He's one simple sumbitch.

What I find more funny than their now blind loyalty toward Pep, is this board's now blind hatred toward him. Yes, a lot of us were sick of the drama between him, our FO, and his agent...but we all still respected him as a player for the most part. He had a good year last season. Yes, lots of us were ready for him to part ways with the team, but we still knew he was one hell of an athelete.

But now that he's gone? 75% of this board now thinks he SUCKS ASS, laughs at Chicago for wasting all that money, can't wait to shove it back in Pep's face with a win over Da Bears, and thinks the Bears are morons for thinking they have a legit DE.

Can you people be ANY MORE BUTTHURT by the loss of Pep? I fear for you guys that have ever been dumped by a girl. I can only imagine the hatred you feel for her new man, and the trash you talk about him.

It's comical. Pep is GONE. Get over it. Focus on what matters...our own team.

I agree with this 100%, I think it's a great pick up for Chicago and no he is definitely not the 2nd coming of LT(who the hell said that?) Bears fans have a right to be excited , their defense just got better, did it not?

    • Just another 1st round QB that never paid off for the team that drafted them or traded for them. It's been like this since the SB began. 36 QBs have now won the SB & only 13 of them have been 1st rounders winning with their original team. Namath 1968, Griese 1972, Bradshaw 1974, McMahon 1985, Simms 1986, Aikman 1992, Elway 1997, Roethlisberger 2005, P.Manning 2006, E.Manning 2007, Rodgers 2010, Flacco 2012, & Mahomes 2019. Only 3 have taken longer than 5 seasons as the starter to win a SB.  4  6  5  4  6  4  15  2  9  4  3  5  2 [the years it takes for these 1st round QBs] 5  1  4  1  3  1  1  2  3  4  [10 of the 36 have won a chip with their 1st team that haven't been drafted in the 1st round. These are the years it took them as a starter] What stands out? Only 2 of these QBs have lost their first championship appearance. Elway took 4 years as a 1st rounder & Hurts took 2 years as a 2nd rounder. Of the 10 non-1st round QBs, 2 are 2nd rounders, 3 are 3rd rounders, 5 are 6th rounders or later. Please stop wasting time on drafting 1st round QBs with such a high failure rate. The remaining 13 QBs are traded or free agent signings. Stafford, Favre, Young, Williams and Dawson are the 5 trades. Peyton Manning & Tom Brady also won for teams as free agents on a short stay as well as being drafted. The lesson here is don't waste your franchise on farming up 1st rounders for the league, and steer clear of trading for a franchise QB. Stick to finding that championship QB by drafting them outside of the 1st round or through free agency.
    • I lost most of the respect I had for Fox in 2010. He should have resigned if he hated the job that much. Instead he stuck for his paycheck and let stuff go to hell.    I burned out on Ron too but my deal breaker issue with him was away from football and after he was gone from the Panthers. He may have been out of his depth but never quit on us.
    • From where they were one year ago to now, pretty incredible. I mean, say what you want about Vrabel he is no Jerrod Mayo.
