From the NJ game. As noted and is very evident from the top view camera angle, the goalie had not yet established position outside the crease and, therefore, was not entitled to that space. Noesen was coming across the crease as the goalie was still moving forward.

Yep that was a good goal, hard to believe the league situation room review confirmed that bad call.
