Just got my tickets to game 1 so the Canes are guaranteed to win they are 38-0 with me in attendance since 2006 which includes 10 playoff games including wins over the Sabres,Bruins and 2 wins over the Isles!

Martin, Blake and Nadeau also not at practice. I assume Morrow is pairing with TDA as a 4th pair which is why he got the invite.

Obviously Andersen’s got the starter crease. I would not be surprised if Rod continues to rotate goalies though.

I'm not a fan of that I love Pyotr but he hasn't been good in past playoffs...

 

If Anderson starts and is hot I feel like he needs to ride him to victory, Freddie's Numbers this year are pretty much a mirror of his playoff performance last season, I think with Freddie in net we have the goalie advantage vs the Isles and it's at worst a push in any series...

Svechnikov has played better as of late he seems to have his confidence  back, although I agree I'd rather switch him and Turbo.

He's not Breaking up JAG unless he's forced too which I understand his sick feeds to Aho/Jarvis are awesome.. a part of me wishes he would go

Fug… I’m pretty sure it’s his back or maybe shoulder. He hit the post and the boards hard. Shoulder to post back to boards.

He was holding his head when he was down. On replay, his head whiplashed into the boards. Not surprised if this is concussion related.

Ya I did notice that too. Not a huge fan of not having our hardest grinder and playoff goal leader from last playoffs in there for game one… but such is sports.
