With the Stars and Nucks likely to lose in round 1 all we have to do is make it through the NYR to have home Ice in the other 3 potential series.

We just have to make it past the Rags in the second round to have home ice if Dallas loses. We  have more regular season points than the Canucks and all other teams so have home ice advantage over them regardless.

@Anybodyhome sounds like you may be right and Pyotr getting a start in 1 game in NY. 
 

I think the trade off is an extra 3 days rest for Freddie at worst. I do suspect Rod will trot Freddie out there again though. But I think the rest thing is the best option.

What's more irritating is he's a fugging p*ssy who won't answer the bell and gets the refs protection when people go after him for his antics.
