Official Offseason Mock Draft Thread

Recommended Posts

wow, 64 teams? sounds interesting. yeah, I noticed the sig a while ago, just didnt put 2 and 2 together lol. when does it start? I'd like to try and get in it.

EDIT: oh yeah, is it free or what?

not 64 teams, sorry, 48, 4 12 team leagues that culminate in a playoff, and no its not free. Last year was $20 buy in.

This just got sent to me by CC:

Now that we've ended this(a little prematurely, but that's my fault because I started it too late), I would like to alert all GMs so that we can do the Madden simulation, but first I need everyone to post their updated depth charts in a summary thread that I will later post(or you could), so if you could just send a message out to all GMs, that would be great, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. You were probably more involved once the draft actually started so it's your call. You've really helped me out already and I don't want to ask for too much.

So everyone update your depth charts and we'll try to move this along if we can, it's going to be difficult though since so many people stopped posting and I had to autodraft for a lot of GMs

jramsey made a good point in the depth chart thread...

BTW the fact that we are ending this draft makes no sense. Do we really have that much to do this off-season? Its not like there will be any big signings or trades to talk about. Until we can start really arguing about the who is going to end up starting in all these openings (mid training camp) not much to talk about.

Plus it sucks because all I was doing all draft was moving down to accumulate more picks and now there just trash (had 6 left). Its BS.

I would be willing to continue to help with auto-pick for the owners who have abandoned their teams.

    • USA Today has us last.    NFC South Tampa Bay Buccaneers: +125 New Orleans Saints: +360 Atlanta Falcons: +375 Carolina Panthers: +380 2025 results:Panthers (8-9), Buccaneers (8-9), Falcons (8-9), Saints (6-11)
    • This is what I mean. I am not some huge BY fan. I honestly don't look at QBs the way a lot of you guys do. Right or wrong, I've always looked at them as just another cog in the machine. Didn't want BY or even a trade up for a QB in 2023. We saw in the Super Bowl how important the rest of the team is on any given Sunday. Now... so PFF, who has no reason to prop up BY, says he's first in 2 stat lines and Panthers "fans" are arguing why it's either wrong or a made up stat just to make BY look good. Even though they have multiple stat lines where he's literally last in. Like 32nd in the NFL. Some he's even lower than 32. Take a step back. Try to objectively self analyze. This is just not sensible.  Same thing I see with other teams' fans and their QBs though. We analyze every single throw on every single play. For every other QB, most here are only using highlights to judge. Makes a difference. We saw Stafford miss throws when they played Carolina - both games. We saw Love throw crap up when they played Carolina. We saw Dak miss throws when they played Carolina - and Pickens was putting on a SHOW. We saw Josh Allen win a game with 163 yards passing against Carolina, but if BY does it he's crap and can't pass for 200 yards. Gents... come on.
