lived in raleigh most my life now i'm in greenville at ECU, I almost went to UNCC but for whatever reason I chose ECU... hindsight being 20/20, I would have chosen UNCC so I could watch panther games

Sorry, native Charlottean here and that is a big negative. Raleigh is a more fun place to live. Obviously I've lived in Raleigh too.

Produce isn't too bad anywhere in the 48 states. It's usually better quality closer to the source, but most farmers markets will yield good results. I've heard the green chili burgers are good too.

I can be a big foodie sometimes, I was trying to get some wagyu beef from Japan and shipping is nuts. A lot of the hotels and restaurants have it flown over within 1-2 days from being butchered.
