Connor + Beason + Davis = Best LB core in the league???

Beason and Davis alone make it the best. You could put whoever you want at that 3rd spot. We are probably 1-2 with Pittsburgh. But I'm not a fan of their ILBs.

My worry is more about Davis than the SLB spot.

He is coming off a major knee injury. He was playing at an all-pro level last season....and I hope he can quickly get back to that this season. sometime it takes a season to come back from that type of injury.

This is what I'm afraid of as well. I'm not sure that he will be 100% by week 1. Plus, since we lost Peppers we will have to blitz Davis alot more and me thinks that will put more stress on that knee.

To say they are the best in the league, is crazy.

That being said, the Panthers have always done well with finding talented line backers. We got a good group that will help our defense remain one of the better defenses in the league.

the stats are all f**ked up from that game.

He had 5 solo tackles on D with 3 assists. And he also had 3 solo tackles on ST. So he had 11 tackles total.

Geting a bunch of tackles that game wasn't really that impressive consider how badly the pats were raping us underneath. All of our LB's had high amounts of tackles that day.
