Offensive Analysis

Well thanks to the overhaul at QB preseason and training camp will be the most entertaing its ever been. Once the depth chart is settled we will also have a very very good starting qb, especially compared to Jake

Our Running Game will remain insane, btw did you realize Stewart had more yards and TD'S than Williams last year?Granted stewart only won by 16 yards and had 5 more carries. Either way all 3 of our rbs got over 5 ypc carry last year.

Offensive Line was a huge reason factor in the running game,so kudos to you big fellows. I dont know who takes Vincents place but i have a feeling/hope that we won't miss him much next year.

Wideouts will also make training camp interesting with us observing Armantis transformation, Lafell being compared to Moose, Smith doing what Smith does and then Jarret is still a mystery to me. And of course Kenny Moore should improve upon last year and if not may be cut.

Tight Ends...Booooooorrrrrrring, but thats their role in our offense. Even tho all 3 can wow you occasionaly

Fullback, ZOD got us pumped with his article on him last year and Hoover is still unemployed...If we get desperate I bet we can have him back.

Defensive Analysis.

Well I'm not going to do position by position here because only 3% of you are still reading at this point, just random thoughts.

-F.U Peppers you waste of a million a game.

- I like Louis Leonard alot, not sold on anyone else at DT yet nor am i writing anyone off. Brown you've got big shoes to fill and if you deliver on 10% of the snaps and require occasional double teams those shoes will be filled.

-Charles Johnson, dont be a poor mans Peppers, you can and I expect you to be an impact player this year.

-Lewis is gone but Hollis Thomas outplayed him so no big deal there.

-Chris Harris it was fun renting you for a while and have nothing bad to say about you.

In Summary

QB and W.R depth needed more improvement than anything else if were gonna contend, otherwise it could be Tommy Jone year all over again.

If Smith can get help from a couple of any of the other recievers our offense will be deadly.

Our Defense probably didnt get worse from last year but it may have gotten better. Last year we tied for 8th in Points per game given up and also finished 8th in Yards per game given up.

The team should be hungrier this year and wont be demoralized by jake turning the ball over. I see no reason other than Injuries why we cant be a playoff team next year.

take rashawn jackson off FB...he'll be a PS guy

either kenny moore or jarrett will be gone...probably both. i would add wallace wright in there for ST play.

@ RT we either lose williams or petitti

DT lose landri

DE lose taylor

@ CB martin is now a safety and we could have as many as 7 playing there depending on who gets the return job

@ safety we also have "THE" marcus hudson to consider.

it's all pretty murky.
