In my opinion, Capt'n is too short to be a premier back especially playing against receivers 6'3'' or better because unless the Capt'n is Spud Webb he will get out jumped everytime if our line doesn't get enough pressure to hurry the qb.

Ok so maybe Richard Marshal is going to start playing more man but honestly, combined with last report it looks like this whole thing was just phoned in. Marshal always plays the nickel.

He could be speaking under the idea that the Nickel CB is the CB who comes out in the Nickel package and not the one who covers the slot receiver.

Either way, you are all right and are all wrong as it seems Nickel can indicate either the 3rd CB or the CB covering the slot receiver.
