If Connor plays good really well...

I'd much rather Connor play well really good.

Uh. I originally titled this thread "if Connor plays good this year..." but then I wanted to title it "if Connor plays really well..." but I forgot to erase the "good".

Is there a way to edit the title after it's submitted?

I'd rather it stay the same. It almost looked like it would have Tommy Jone potential.

Seriously.

Beason prefers the MLB, and he should, considering that a top MLB gets more money than an top OLB. The easy way to resolve it, is just Panthers just pay him like a top MLB, regardless of the position they play him at.

Im sorry I didn't realize that you knew him so well. I don't know what impression you get from the guy but he seems like the type who loves the game and wants to be remembered as one of the best that ever played. HOF doesn't vote based on Salary. The fact is he is much more likely to be considered great playing the mike than the will. No way around it. So yes, seriously.

yea thats what teams do, trade lb's for #1 wr's.

If you don't think a star MLB is worthy of a #1 WR then you don't understand football. The trade doesn't happen often because who the hell has an extra star MLB to trade away? #1 WR get traded for used motorcycle tires these days. cough cough Brandon Marshall cough.

Yes, he is. Are you disputing that he is a number one wide receiver?

Or are you disputing that a (and I understand that this is still theoretical, but that is part of my original statement that we are debating) star MLB is as valuable as a second round draft pick? Please clarify.

Weak arguments. Continue amonst yourselves.

You should have gone with "whatever", "nuh uhh!" Or the ultimate in logical dissuasion; "I know you are but what am I".

If you actually have a reason to believe that Beason only cares about the money then by all means explain. I would almost prefer that you were right because then I wouldn't mind so much if we lose him. My point is that what you are saying goes against everything I have ever read about him or heard him say in interviews. Those are the same reasons that I like the guy so much. But If he is actually just a money hungry diva then by all means let him rack up a million tackles for us on the will and let him bounce out to Dallas after his contract is up. Im not trying to just be argumentative. If you have a reason to feel this way I am genuinely interested to hear your reasoning.
